If you work out or play sport  3 drops of peppermint and 3 drops of lavender essential oils in a carrier oil (almond oil) for example and rub into the sore muscles must be pure therapeutic grade oils for best effect.  Eucalyptus is also a very good oil for sore muscles. Peppermint oil is very good for cramp so very good for people who suffer cramp while swimming. you can use the peppermint oil the night before swimming and straight after swimming for best effect.
